I would love to visit Germany! Dusseldorf has an array of modern architecture. You should check out the Colorium online. |
Schönen guten Morgen, a short Email today.
'Twas an interesting week to say the least. Elder Y. and I started
getting sick last week so this week was a bit less than comfortable.
We did however have lots of appointments and met some crazy people.
Our main man who is seeing the most progress is from Spain. His
younger brother and sister are actually both missionaries and sent us
to him a little while ago. He's one of the chilliest dudes in this
whole country. His wife only speaks Spanish but he speaks excellent
German. He loves the gospel and genuinely wants to try it out. I'm
learning a bit of Spanish too haha (refer to last weeks email)
Quick overview of Wesel.
Wesel is a biking area so I've learned to appreciate a bike in Europe.
I haven't had one til now and it really improves a lot of daily stuff.
We have Croatian land lords with a cat named Bobby. So indirectly, we
have a cat named Bobby. We teach English at a Chinese restaurant. We
have a lot of Nigerian friends, one of which looks like LeBron James
and think I look like Jesus' brother. We also hear a lot of Dutch
which to us sounds like a person trying to speak Danglish (German
English hybrid) but with a really bad cold and a small angry lobster
pinching their face. it's actually a very nice language from what I
understand.
Today we were invited by The Düsseldorf sisters to go out to castle
Linn in Krefeld. A really cool place. So yeah, pictures.
Bis nächste Woche,
-Elder Fuller

Interesting shot with the angle and the lighting. |
Aw, Ben's dream, castles and swords he was never without during childhood. The fascination will never end as seen by the excitement in his eyes. |
That first step is a doozy! This castle is complete with a moat. |
